This policy applies to the website of OLIM Lifestyle Management Consulting LLC (“OLIM,” “we,” “us”). It covers information you give us through the site and information collected when you use it. Information you share during a paid engagement is governed by your engagement agreement.

Information we collect

Information you choose to give us. When you request a consultation, you provide your name and email address. You may also choose to share your organization’s name, your phone number, your organization type, the services you are interested in, a short description of what you need, and how you prefer to be contacted.

Answers to the service guide. The optional service guide asks what kind of organization you are and what you are working toward. Your answers are used on the page to suggest services. They are sent to us only if you add them to your consultation request.

What we ask you not to send. Please do not submit confidential financial statements, tax records, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive personal or organizational records through this website. If an engagement requires such information, we will arrange a secure way to receive it.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
To prepare for your consultation and understand which services may fit.
To communicate with you about a proposed or active engagement.
To maintain the security and performance of the website.
To understand, in general terms, which services and resources visitors find useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Online scheduling

When you book a consultation through our online calendar, you use Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and appointment time, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly’s handling of that information is governed by Calendly’s privacy notice. Calendly may also use cookies on its own pages.

We share information only as needed to operate our business and serve you:

Service providers who help us run the website, send email, or schedule meetings, under terms that limit their use of your information.
With your permission, for example when you ask us to introduce you to a lender, buyer, or partner as part of an engagement.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of OLIM, our clients, or others.

We publish client experience or results only with the client’s permission.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. The readiness checklists on our Insights page save your checkmarks in your own browser’s local storage so they are there when you return. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a possible engagement, and in any case no longer than is reasonably necessary for business, legal, or accounting purposes. If you do not become a client, you may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive records through the website.

Your choices and rights

Contacting us is always voluntary. You may ask us to:
